Award winning BBQ pork ribs, asparagus seasoned with a home made herb salt, olives stuffed with garlic, a sip of Cazuls reposado tequila, and a chocolate pecan turtle for dessert. Yummy! (lifted heavy today, tons of calories....)

I was feeling extra lazy today so I made a quick linguine alfredo with broccoli for dinner, with a couple of glasses of Pinot Grigio. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but the wine was definitely my treat.

Roast leg of lamb, dry roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and gravy.

Fat free Greek yogurt with white chocolate Options powder mixed in & fresh raspberries.

Not bad for 600ish calories
