Now for the high protein recipe i used these ingredients:
30 grams Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
1 container (150grams) Dannon 80 calories 2x protein greek yogurt
1 scoop (7 grams) Dr. Frank whey protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp Splenda
Nutrition:
Calories: 165
Carbs: 28
Fat: 3
Protein: 23
Fiber: 12
Directions: Same as the other normal one
Note: A difference i've noticed between both recipes was that the high protein one has a more moist texture than the one made with applesauce, i don`t know why but the applesauce one is a bit more dense and chewy, the high protein one was more moist but both are very rich and flavorful and will satisfy those late night cravings!
Can I ask a question? Are you using a full scoop of protein? Cause a scoop is usually like 31g and you listed 7g, so wasnt sure. I don't wanna use a full scoop and ruin it!
Thanks in advance!
Awesome recipe btw!0 -

Yeah, sorry i got confused, i only used 7 grams so it's not a full scoop0 -
I actually read all 10 pages, haha.
I'm making this right now! But I don't have apple sauce or pumpkin so I'm using banana....how much is 42 grams of a banana?0 -
Ok, I made the "new, improved" recipe and I used half a banana - next time I'll try without. This is a wonderful simple recipe! It's really good for people who love that intense bitter chocolate flavor (like me!). I paired it with vanilla ice cream and PB2 "syrup" with cinnamon sprinkled on top:) Thank you sooooooooo much for sharing, OP!
That literally took like 14 attempts at posting that damn picture, hahah.0 -
I made the high protein one today and it was AWESOME! I would even consider just eating the batter
Made the plain greek taste awesome!

Amazing!!! I always add it to my ice cream:)0 -
Thanks for this as I always need a sweet treat after dinner and I'm usually playing with around 100 cals give or take. I'm not sure if it's already been listed along this long thread, but I just tried a PB version:
126 g 0% greek yogurt
25 g Protein Plus peanut flour
1 packet truvia
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
About 2 minutes in microwave. Higher cals (165) and protein (23) but yummy! Another version- half PB flour and half cocoa!0 -
Just read some other ideas on the thread:
Pumpkin=awesome. Must try.0 -
