I've never tasted Ben&Jerry's but Breyer's it's THE BEST light ice cream i've tasted so far... Also i've heard about Arctic Zero which is only 150 calories per pint! but i've never had it cause it's sold in the USA. I eat a "special treat" every night like chocolates or ice cream, and actually lost weight, just make it fit…

Some of my meals today. BReakfast: Mint Chocolate oatmeal with raspberries and toasted crumbled english muffin! Dinner: Spaghetti alla Funghi with chicken breast One of the many cravings and desserts i had today, Light peach cheesecake bought at a near supermarket (only 100 cal!)

This happened to me last wednesday and thursday, went to a hotel and ate like never in 10 months, i was SO bloated, woke up on friday and the scale marked the lowest weight i have ever been. WTH?!

I have this question but in my case, i only workout 3 times/week strenght and cardio.. should i eat the same amount on rest days??

Im in the exact same position as you, i joined to MFP about half and a month ago lookibg for maintenance even though i have to gain.. it tells me that to maintain i have to eat around 2300 it also seems a lot to me since i usually eat 1000 calories or less... im going to gradually add 100 calories per week cause im too…

Hey! U dont know me so u dont know how hard has been to loose about 40pounds to me! Sacrifixing certain fpods and waking up earlier and including wxcercose in my life when i have never ever in my life excercised before! Its all a process and im still making mistakes
