Congrats! :D I truly hope to go to a kind of all-inclusive hotel this summer so i can test my self-control in the meal time, with that big fountain of desserts and international themed types of food!

Yeah for example, today i added to my smart bagel a tsp of mayo that per a tbsp has 12 calories, I aint gonna count that! Or a 1/4" tomatoe slice that would be ridiculous, another thing i never log is lettuce because a cup is like 5cals and i never get to eat a whole cup of lettuce.. The list also says some sauces are like 1TBSP ketchup, mustard etc... whatever that has less than 20kcal and 5 g carbs per serving

When i had a nuteitionist she gave me a list of food and there it says that foods with less than 20 cals and 5grams of carbs are "free foods" of course consuming them moderately and once a day. But if anyone has also heard this, quote me cause i havent heard it from anyone but my nutritionist

When im done with my day i usually drink a cup of tea or eat a cup of homemade air poppwd popcorn or also go for a "free calorie" snack like sugar free gelatin :)

Great options everybody! I wish there would be that Chipotle everybody talks about but i live in Costa Rica! I guess i'll check my area restauranta and loook for their nutrition info but you can still share healthy options so others can see them ! :)

LOL i know that's a VERY low calorie intake, but i realized it also is starvation mode, but if i want to maintain my weight i have to consume my TDEE, right?

No, my TDEE is 2700! and on days i work out i burn around 750 cals (3 days/week) Right now i cansume around 1000 calories/day sometimes even 800 or 900, i want to maintain my weight and build muscle
