OK... so I do Zumba 3 times a week - (teach it) so I hope to do this on my non-Zumba days Mon, Wed, Fri, taking Sundays off. ;) Let's do this!

Hopping on to this to keep me motivated - better late than never yes? I lost about 40 pounds then regained about 15 so I am really irked and unsure what happened. Pre-menopausal perhaps... July 11: 157 lb. July 18: July 24: July 31: GW: 145 (which apparently is where my body is happiest)

Hey all. Please feel free to add me - I was an MFP fanatic about a year ago - lost 40 pounds using this tool, but pre-menopausal and put back on 15 of what i lost! GRRRR... But it does work! Would love to be added to anyone's friend list! (44 years young and feeling better every day!)

I will totally check. Zumba is working with the Susan G. Komen foundation - 30% of the clothing (Party in Pink) goes to Susan G. Komen and a minimum of 75% of the ticket sales to the Zumbathon. the other 25% to be used for expenses or it can all be donated but that is up to the instructor doing the Zumbathon. I need to…

My boss was doing "firm" pictures to use on the website - we got the pictures back and I told him there was no way in hell he was using that picture anywhere! that did it for me - down 25 lbs and loving feeling good again! Hooray for MFP and Zumba!

oh thank goodness others have this issue too! Well I met this challenge but I was already doing Zumba 3x per week - my challenge now is to get 60 minutes worth of song 'moves' memorized so i can substitute as an instructor in August.

Dead topic - time to revive! :D Zumba is going to the Puyallup Fair in Washington State... Any local peeps or semi-local - we are having a 9:00 a.m. 09/16 and a "show" 4:00 pm 09/23. I will be there one of those days and if i'm feeling brave, may even lead a song. yikes! :D

Chobani Greek Yogurt has more redeeming qualities than Yoplait but still has some sugar in it. But for my snacks (sweet type) - Skinny Cow rocks the house! 100 Cal Choc mousse bars...

Zumba is all about having fun - just keep some sort of moving going even if it's just marching in place or doing the basic salsa step, then you're golden! I definitely encourage you to go again. I get my instructor certification at the end of this month - so excited! Good luck!!
