1. The commute home sucked 2. I'm exhausted, just don't have the energy 3. He doesn't even notice - nor does anyone else - so what's the point 4. Eating healthy is too expensive 5. I just got home and don't want to get up and hit my class I'm stuck on #3 bad but tired? Pretty much every night. I KNOW though if I get moving…

whoops... almost missed this one. I still have time so I will totally fit them in before Zumba tonight. :D
-
not sure exactly how many i did since i sprinkled the standing crunches in at work with some standing ones at home and then 80 more on the floor but i know i did at least 150. woot! bring on thursday!
-
Oh i suck at crunches but I will do it anyway. :D Thanks for these daily challenges!!!
-
huge variety of what everyone burns - until i got my HRM i logged it under aerobics, high impact and it is pretty close to what i burn with my HRM. LOVE LOVE LOVE ZUMBA. they just added a third class on saturdays so now i have 3 group classes per week plus the toning one i do at home. :D

Okay.. this was week one for me... next week we will double all the "up" Tuesday = 400 Stairs WK1/520 stairs (w/20 double) WK2/
-
Reporting in... apparently it is 80 steps from my floor to the garage... so up and down x 3 = 480. Done! Going for a short walk then maybe i'll come back up the stairs just for kicks and giggles. :D
-
LOL... okay people - i need your weigh ins for the last week of this challenge! Teams are dropping off like flies!
-
This site and the support from it is great! You can totally do this!
-
oh i loved the squat monday so much - i'm in for stair tuesday! i work on the 4th floor - i got this! :D
-
Great challenge... I have weak knees but managed to do the 30 Day Shred, followed by the 100 squats. Yikes. Tomorrow might be rough. :D
-
Technically it is weekly isn't it? Just runs for a month...what did you have in mind.
-
Count me in... 100 squats added to Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred won't kill me tonight, will it? Eeek! :D

Self esteem cannot always be found in appearances. If you have ever watched The Biggest Loser, you will notice they talk about how it is not enough to change your weight, you must change your thinking. How each person does that is different and depends upon the experiences that put you where you were - and what may have…
-
05/02... be happy to keep this going - or maybe we can start again with the new month. :D
-
Yay! you're still here! :D
-
So sad that more people didn't log in there times... For those of you "on a team" - bug your teammate! I went ahead and did it for "teams" that only one person reported in as well. MFP Week 4 - Biggest Loser Team Challenge by miatavixxen Let's really ramp it up this week!
-

Hey everyone... congrats to M&S with their 1.23% team weight loss this week! Woot! Couple of setbacks this last week but we'll get 'em this week, right? MFP Week 3 - Biggest Loser Team Challenge by miatavixxen Some teams did not report hence the no numbers comment. One team only had one member report. Let's kick it up for…

Get in some weight training workouts. I know a ton of people swear by the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. 25 minutes of circuits - would definitely help define your body. You can totally do this. I thought I had no willpower, now I find I have TONS (thank you MFP buddies!)
-
and here we gooooo! :D Okay everyone that hasn't already given it to me, send me your current weights! :D
-
Great job everyone! Next week i will actually put it in order of % weight lost now that i know what i'm doing. (thanks outersoul!!)

Absolutely - I know it's hard to get into the habit if you haven't been doing it though. I eat a protein bar and a piece of fruit. :D
-
Once I figure out how to upload the table... :frown:
-
nice job everyone. I will have this week as well as cumulative results up shortly!!!
-
Question... which would the teams prefer (or i suppose we could do both) - combining all weeks for the % weight lost or going week to week? Maybe I will just do both. :D
