Been to few zumba classes and loved it also I even bought the wii version , is ok but not as good so bought the dvd and I do it at hoe at least 2 times a week. I would say give it a try you have nothing to loose and its so much fun.

Hi All Im Helen New on here can you please tell me what insanity is as I never heard of it? I just had a Woo Hoo moment as I lost a kg (2..2pounds) and this my 1st week, im just doing eating right foods and a little exercise so am interested in finding better ways to loose them calories. Hi im another 40 something here also been doing this for about 4 days now we are coming into winter here and im finding it so hard to get motivated. Any aerobic exercises I could do at home ? would like to hear views from others Helen :)

well done hope it helps I having an operation late June for shoulder bursitus after 2 years of physio steroid jabs nothing is helping , I tried swimming it helped for while but I now have frozen shoulder so I do cycling to help loose weight . Best of luck and hope you stay pain free Helen :)
