this is very boring.. but I bring in carrot sticks or nuts. there isn't really anything to get there that is any good... though our theater has coffee and tea as well now so sometimes just having a hot drink is nice :-)

I also had severe bloating and stomach cramping when I started to drink more water - I was always a water drinker, but found after starting this I only drank about 4 cups a day, when I first upped it to 8 it was painful for some reason, but everything has evened out now…

Dont have time to read all of the other comments, but personally I do not log housework or stairs, really I only log what I have done that is outside what I would have done before I began this journey, if it is something I would do anyways I dont count it. I only log what I consideer "extra"

I would say never diet for someone else... only do it for yourself so you can feel better. I think it would be hard to stay motivated if I felt like I had to do this to meet someone else's expectations.

I share mine, and would love to friend others who also share theirs as I find it very helpful to get ideas of what others eat to give me new ideas and stay on track without getting bored of the same ol' things add me if you want to share diaries :-)
