I've always been able o see mine. Maybe some are more prominant than others?

don't worry about vitamin C, I think you can eat as much of that as you want and your body processes it. Not sure about the others though

I plan what I'm going to eat every morning in bed. Maybe try to buy less calorie dense foods? Like potato instead of pasta/bread, replace carbs with mushrooms/veg to feel fuller with less calories, snack on fruit. Maybe try to get in some exercise every day extra? Like try to work an hour of walking in to your day perhaps,…

Just keep dieting. Over time you'l lose both muscle and fat and your thighs will get smaller. I know how you feel though, I look at my thighs alot of days and think "WHY AREN'T YOU THIN YET!?" I think we both have to be patient, you're only on week 3 like you say :) Maybe take a measurement of the thickest part of your…

I used it for a few months at 14st and used it until I was 12st a few years ago. I used the extra easy plan. It's good in that if you're hungary, eat. But only eat good things and treat bad things as "syns". It focuses alot on listening to your body and trying to fill your plate with healthy things, and food considered…

Last night I ate 230g of dry fried mushrooms in chilli and garlic, 350g of maris piper mashed with semiskimmed milk, 95g of carrot, 3 asda cumberland reduced fat sausages and very thick bisto gravy. It came to about 630 calories. It was a good tea. If I'd wanted more protien I would have had another sausage or had chicken…

Cool, I love sushi :D Not had it in ages though If you think this way why are you on this site? It does work, and some people prefer to diet this way

I genuinly buy packaged food for this reason. I found all sorts of different entries for a weighed banana before -.- Ended up wishing I'd bought a rice crispie square. Maybe try googling it, and seeing what actual websites say? I suppose if it's cooked the amount of water left in will make a difference to the amount of…

Did you weigh yourself at the same time both times and wearing the same thing? Do you weigh everything accurately? I used to estimate then bought electric scales and realised how off I was

Don't eat breakfast then. I don't think it's a big deal. I don't eat breakfast. I have an early/larger lunch when I can. When I'm in uni early I'll have a banana or something

human head :D AIming ofor a bale of hay though :P

sounds doable. I've lost 4lb per week on slimming world in the past at the beginning. It would be hard but is definitely possible. Good luck :)
-
Yeah, coke zero quite alot. I love it.
-
I include walking to and from uni, but call it slow even though i know it's a fast pace. Sitting at your desk shouldn't be included
-
I love it!! I went through a faze of watching it everyday and listening to the sound track all the time. Drove my housemates crazy. Sadly I don't think I'm brave/fit enough to wear a themed outfit, though I love magenta. Maybe some day :)

You look great. Honestly, you're probably homing in on things that used to bother you at 10.5, but you look lovely, and don't think you need to lose anymore :-)

YES! I'm at university and we get a voucher code for 50% off dominos. I have an account where all I have to do is enter a password. Don't even haveto fiddle with my debit card. Once I ordered 2 medium pizzas. And ate them both over the night and next morning. Not my proudest moment -_- Also one club we go to is 2 mins away…

Make sure you weigh food and log everythin. Electric scales are well worth it. Also, are you logging pasta accurately? I learnt that I was weighing dry pasta and logging cooked pasta. Making a 200 calorie lunch into a 450 calorie lunch  Good luck and hope you solve your problem soon
-
You're eating 800 calories and exercising 70 mins a day and losing weight? That's weird. Maybe go to the doctors :explode:
-
This is a great idea. Last night I ate a 12 calzone and chips for tea. Oops
-
I think you look much better than you think you do. Just keep going and feel feel loads better for it, you're doing great :)

since I started with mfp, around the 13rd october, I've lost 8 pounds with a starting weight of 173.

I don't track sugar, just carbs, protein and fat. I wouldn't worry about the sugar in fruit

Currently 167 and aiming for 126 lb

The kitchen seems like the most sensible place to put it. It isn't their fault or their problem if you can't control yourself. Throwing it in the bin wouldn't be a nice thing to do at all, and would lead to problems. I hope you are joking

me!! If I did, I woul break into the "healthy weight range" according to bmi. Id feel pretty good

pizza. Sharing a pizza 3 just anoys me >:(

It's so frustrating! torn between over doing it and possibly going into this "starvation mode" I often hear mentioned, and getting in and thinking, well if I don't eat lots of food it's bad for me. Might just get a heart rate moniter. Justso expensive. And the only cheap one I've seen you have to keep it wet. That will…

Really? Even though they take account of your weight? They seem like good exercise machines too, touchscreen with tv and games on too :/ that's quite disheartening
