  • Those are awesome results! Major changes aren't usually healthy nor do they last. Slow and steady definitely have the best long term results. I hope my results are that good in 3 weeks. (I actually gained 2" on my waist after the first week...bloat???) Congrats! You will have twice that next month at this time!!
  • I would absolutely agree. It seems that the body gets used to the same old thing so it isn't as effective. Mixing it up during the week would help prevent that.
  • I have a friend who has the Jawbone and loves it. She says they fixed the problems but you don't know exactly which one you may get so be sure and get the insurance. Hope this helps!
  • I only weigh myself daily. New recommendations are for increasing the number of activity sessions even if you need to cut the time per session. For instance, three ten minute sessions are more effective at burning calories than one thirty minute session. You might see if this works for you. :flowerforyou:
