well done everybody !!! I stuck with my weigh, I was 171 lbs october 2012 now I am 149 lbs, try to keep my calories around 1200 -1300 doing kickboxing once/twice a week ( 2 hours) and weight is still the same. Looking at your pictures I feel so proud of you all and want to look similar :)
