Making your diary open to others to view would help. I go over my 1290 calorie goal every day and I eat back my exercise calories. Are you logging everthing?

I drank it for a while. I didn't lose weight from drinking it, it's low in protien at only 4g per serving but it is pretty tasty. I stopped drinking it because it wasn't worth the high $$ and I wasn't diggin that it has soy and guar gum in it
