I usually do a Gatorade pregame fuel pack, or a slice of toast and peanut butter...both contain lots of sugar which your body will burn through quickly turning it into energy. Potentially allowing for more energy during a workout...both seem to help me if eaten within 15-20minutes before working out.

I also weigh myself everyday, it helps me see that either my hard work is paying off or that I need to push myself harder! I love this thing too!! I also had no idea before I found this site, how many calories even the littliest thing I ate contained! I have been on here here for about two weeks, and have lost 3 lbs already, Im pretty excited! Good luck to you, and good luck everyone else too!!!!

I have been told that eating something small before working out helps jump start calorie burn, then eating something afterward keeps the calorie burning going. I usually do a carb before and 8oz of water. I feel less light headed during my workouts, and not to mention less hungry after burning lots of calories too... Hope…
