Starting week 4 too, haha. I pushed really hard today, I almost puked, not too classy. But, I've been doing modified from the beginning and finally maxed out at 21 minutes, so, I'm pretty pleased. I'm pretty sure I'm going to push on to month 2. Hoping to see more loss with harder workouts.

Thanks so much for a response, Laura! So, having a low calorie intake can actually hurt you, wow, I've never heard of that before. How do you do your meals? I usually do 6 meals a day, but, with upping calories it's a little difficult. What do you do?

Hi! I'm just about to start the recovery week for Insanity and I have a few questions. I started off around 170 and I'm still at 170.
