Insanity: Max 30//Motivation Group

Hey guys,

I am planning on starting Insanity: Max 30 on Monday, Oct. 12 and was wondering if anyone wanted to join me.

I received the program in the mail today and was super excited to start so I previewed Cardio Challenge. I maxed out 7:14 :/ I got some improving to do. Plus my legs and butt are already sore!

Have any of you already completed this program? Did you get good results?

    I'm on my second week now and already noticing such a difference!

    On week six, day 3 today. Love it. Have noticed good improvements in endurance and strength. I was at a very low fitness level when I started as I had been very sedentary for several months before this - depression, laziness, blah, blah, etc. Feeling much better now and this program is helping me get back my love of exercise. So, while I haven't weighed myself, I am pleased with the results and feel the difference in my mind and in my clothes. :smile:

    Great to hear that you two are noticing a difference!! Are you following the meal plan? I just finished sweat intervals. It's a killer!

    Hi! Currently on day 4 of Insanity max 30. So glad to see there's a community here!

    I work out with a group twice a week that does Insanity Max 30 (though they do it daily). I just do whatever disc they are all on. Tough workouts for sure!
