i usually get spicy tuna, spicy salmon, or spicy yellowtail. sooooo yummy! i LOVE sushi. you can also get a miso soup...i think it's only 60 calories or something for a cup. (its tofu and seaweed)

try eating small healthy snacks throughout the day. (raw almonds, carrots, grapes, etc) even if you aren't hungry. just a hand few of almonds or grapes will add some calories

don't deny yourself anything. If you want it, have it, but track it and know that you aren't going to be able eat as much real food because you used up your calories on something like a brownie. That keeps be from going crazy. I'll also eat 5 m&ms occasionally to satisfy my sweet tooth. The 100 calorie packs work well too.…

it seems that it just depends on the person. Some people say they lost weight because they didn't eat their exercise calories, some people say they lost weight when they ate their exercise calories back. soy milk light is the best. original is only 60 calories a glass and vanilla is 70. Almond milk is good too but to me it's too thick and sometimes that grosses me out haha. give it a try!

when i ran this past summer i did a 5k in about 32 minutes but I know that I stopped in the middle a couple times at least. (i wasn't racing....just curious to see what my 5k time was) I want to be able to run most of it without stopping and if i do have to stop...i only wanna stop for a couple seconds.
