I love my dog because she's always excited to go on runs with me, she's a complete spaz, and she never wants me to leave but she's always super excited when I get home :) this is a photo of her when I was packing my car to go back to college one year...she didn't want me to leave

well they're right. a small piece won't hurt. its going to be impossible for you to go through the rest of your life on this lifestyle change and not eat something "bad" every once in a while. have a little piece of it, enjoy it, and leave it alone. you have to learn self control and this is a good learning opportunity.

I'm about 5'7"/5'8" and I'm currently 164. I feel pretty comfortable with the way I look but I think I'm going to lose around 10-15 more lbs. It's really up to you. BMI doesn't mean all that much. Go for how you feel.

i'm a bug nutella fan but I can't keep it in the house because I know i'll eat to much of it. Peanut Butter & Co. makes a chocolate PB called Dark Chocolate Dreams. It's actually lower cals than JIF and it's all natural. It hits the spot :)
