I'm 5'7" and I'd like to get around 155. I think the lowest I ever weighed was 140/145 and I thought I was a bit too thin looking. I like having curves haha. I'm hoping a toned 155 looks good on me :)

I used to and then i found that my workouts were really hard. now I either have half a piece of 12 grain bread w/ PB on it or some kind of peanut or nutrigrain bar before. And then I always have a protein after...be it eggwhites or chicken or a protein drink.

is ur chip set to ur current weight? i find that my chip and mfp are pretty similar to tell me how how many calories burned.

I don't get runner's high often but if i do it's usually during the run when a good song is on, i pump up the speed, and feel super fast and amazing. :) But I know what you mean about after stretching. i usually feel really good and calm/mellow.

yaz is bad. I'm currently on loestrin 24 fe and had no problem losing the 30lbs i've lost so far. i can understand why you'd wanna switch that it's cheaper...i've never gone generic but u could try it for a while and see what it does. good luck!

I weigh in once a week, first thing in the morning after I get up and go to the bathroom. I also wear the same type of clothing. Once in a while I'll peak throughout the week to see how i'm doing but mostly i stick to once a week.

its a great program. I lost 60lbs on it about 6 years ago but I gained most of it back. I found it very hard to maintain. I felt like for the rest of my life I had to eat WW meals and count points in order to keep it off. It's good for jumpstarting but in the end...it's a diet and diets don't work. I found myself happier…

I'm a studio photographer/photo retoucher at a small frame shop/portrait studio but my ultimate goal is to be a photojournalist. I've interned before as one but its hard to land a job. I'm not giving up tho!! I love talking to people!! you get to meet alot of different people when your taking pictures.

ground turkey, wheat bread, greek yogurt (or normal yogurt), broccoli. be careful with the emergency dinners. lots of sodium...i think healthy choice has the lowest tho. good luck!

i LOVE 30 day shred! I noticed a difference within a week! It's a fast, fun workout and it does give you results. I don't use it all the time b/c i'm mostly at the gym but for those days when i just can't get myself out of the house or i don't have the time for the gym, it's perfect!

you could be. you want to pull ur bellybutton in towards the floor, make sure ur flat is back and don't use ur neck. I used to be able to feel a basic crunch but lately i've had to do the bicycling ab to feel the burn.

the same thing happened to me. I went from 197 to 181 and i felt so gross. I kept thinking "man, if i look this bad now, i must have looked horrible before" just gotta push through. stay focused. you can do it!

i bought them b/c i went to GNC w/ my mom and we tried a free sample and she really liked them. I signed up for the gold card so i got 20% off my order so i decided to get them. They're good but I don't think they do much for you but then again I don't eat them everyday.

do u have time to run in the morning? i did that last summer and as long as i ran before 9am i was good. sometimes i'd wait until 11 but no later then that. The more you run outside, the more you're body will get used to it. just stick it out! you can do it!!
