Does anyone do p90x AND run?
So I'm going to start doing p90x on monday but I also want to keep running b/c I want to work my way up to a 10K race. I was thinking about substituting the cardio days of p90x for running. Good idea? Anyone else in the same boat? What do you do?

Question about Heart Rate and Running
Should I be trying to keep my heart rate "in zone" while running? It seems like a comfortable pace for me puts my HR at around 168-172 and my HRM has my zone set at 128-167. thanks!

running on the treadmill vs. running outside
So I'm less than a month away from my 5k. I've done most of my training on the treadmill and when I run outside i notice that my pace is about 30 seconds slower than if i were to run on the treadmill. should i be concerned for my race? do i have to do more outside training? what can i do to keep a good pace?
