No matter how hard I try, theres no way I could loose 2 pounds a week. Every week is differen't.0

yeah i haven't either even when i burned like 2,000 calories in 2 days and was on point with my diet.0

I started the 1st week of March. When I started, I thought that 1 pound/week was perfect, but I became impatient and wanted to see bigger losses. So I adjusted my calorie intake to facilitate a 2 pound/week loss. I have consistently lost 2 pounds or more each week. I hope that I am able to maintain this until I reach my goal.0

other than one week i lost nothing, and this week where i only lost 0.6lbs, i have been consistently losing at least 2 pounds, if not a little more. and i am doing nothing special. staying under my cal goal, eating back a portion of my exercise cals when i do exercise, that's it. lol. but then i have over 100lbs to lose total, so it's probably easier for me to lose it. as i get smaller, i am sure i won't be able to do that kind of loss each week.0

I lose any where between 3-5 pounds every week for the past 6 months could be because I have lots to lose.
I have changed my diet completely mainly whole foods, very minimal junk (100 cal popcorn and flax seed bar). I drink nothing but water and exercise 5-6 days a week for 45-80 minutes.0 -
When i first got on here i lost 7 pounds like *that* with the 2 pounds a week thing but now it's like 20 days later and i havent lost scale weight but i did measure myself a few days ago and am scheduled for another measuring Monday. Long as something is going down I'm happy....unless its my boobs. Then i wont be happy :sad:0

I have been averaging about 2.5-3 lbs a week (i've lost 52 in 16 weeks, but dropped 8 in the first week).
It's really just been watching my calories and exercising every day. However, I don't eat my exercise calories back. I eat around 1300 a day and usually burn 800.
Granted, I started off at 250 and am larger than you, so my weight comes off quicker than yours will.0
