hip flexor (i think) pain?
So I woke up i the middle of the night with pain in my left hip flexor. what's up with that? i spent the rest of the night tossing and turning trying to stretch it out. It feels kinda better now....just a little sore feeling or something. anyone else have hip flexor/hip area pain?

feeling confused/overwhelmed
So when I first started this a little more than a month ago, I put that I wanted to lose 2lbs a week. the weeks went like this... I lost 3lbs, 2lbs, 3lbs, 1lb, 1lb. how do you stay under 15% fat for the day?
I recently changed my MFP settings so that I'm only allowed 15% fat for the day (21g) and i'm finding it really hard to stay under. I'm usually only going over by like 2 or 4 but i would rarely go over when I had it set to the default. Is it bad to be over? what's the deal with fat in food? how do you stay under 15%?
