so the end of week 5 has me "running" 20 minutes straight. I've never run for more than 10 minutes straight. Is it ok if I don't finish the 20 min straight? Do i have to start the week over? did anyone else have this problem? I already did the first 2 workouts for the week successfully. I usually run anywhere from 5.7-6.3mph on the treadmill if that helps anything.

I'm sure it's fine if you need to slow down for a walk for a minute. Think positively and push through it! You've made it this far! I personally just completed week 5 Day 1. Day 3 has me quite nervous as well. Today went well though and I'm pretty sure that Day 2 will be fine as well. I did week 4 for about 2 weeks though. Your speeds are awesome! I walk at 3.7 and run at 5!! Let me know how it goes!!!0

I'm doing my day 3 of week 5 tomorrow. I think it's okay if you have to walk for a tiny bit. Just push yourself...you might be surprised! I didn't think i'd be able to do day 2 of week 5 but I did it today and it wasn't that bad. I'm using the podcasts so I literally just run until the guy tells me to walk. I've stopped looking at the time and that helps so much. Good luck!0
