congrads on the weight loss!! i love zumba as well and am a dedicated member of my local gym and do it every night. I started zumba june 2010 and have lost around 30 lbs.

you can also go to youtube and workout to the exercises they have on there esp when the baby is napping or sleeping at night!~

I do not think it is too much. I do cardio 5 days a week 60 mins and do reg workouts 4 nights a week with strenght training with weights 30 mins each. I also do 1.5 miles on the elipitical 4 to 5 times a week. Its not about doing too much its what you can handle! to some this would be too much but you work up to it. To me…

you may need a bladder sling. Its what urologist call where they basically lift ur bladder back up. Over time esp during long and intense labor your bladder can drop and if it does not correct itself then u need to seek help with a urologist and get your options!

Well i have the zumba dvd's and the zumba for kinect and i love them both! The dvds however do come with the shake sticks and a instruction booklet of how to rotate the dvds to get the max workout! I also take the zumba classes 5 times a week at my local gym. So as you can tell i love to zumba and have lost alot of weight…
