Im a new girl in town. A friend got me to join here and Im glad she did I could use all the support I can get I was 218 and I've reached 202 now but Ive hit a lil bit of a plateau. I'm hoping this site can help me past it and reach my goal. :happy:

    I know how you feel, I've been at a plateau for about a year now..It's time for me to step it up! This is a great place to get support..you can do this!
