Just tell the person that you don't want to be touched or you need a little more space. Don't put up with something if you feel uncomfortable with it.

Block him from your FB and tell him why. You don't need hurtful comments, you need support!

I've done regular Insanity and it's just a case of pushing on really, you do need to have some reasonable-ish level of fitness to be able to do it though. If you absolutely cannot bear to do another workout the next day why not try another program? I'm doing T25 at the moment and that has a modifier, so you have a low…

Keep at it Noah! It's great that you're still managing to hit your calorie target but at the end of the day it's down to what you want to achieve. If you want to lose weight, all good. If you're trying to live a healthier lifestyle then you're gonna have to get that exercise done. Are you following any sort of plan or have…

Congratulations on all your hard work, your transformation is incredible! Very very inspiring!

Yup you should definitely get an exemption, and bless your heart but don't be embarrassed by a medical condition. Personally I never do sit ups, I do standing crunches, v sits, anything but sit-ups I absolutely hate them! The Abs workout in insanity is awesome, no sit-ups at all! Good luck, I hope your course sees sense!!

@alyangel123 oh my life, what you have had to go through with your son must have been such a tough time! I'm so glad to hear he is eating more normally now. Great job Mom!!

How terribly sad for your wife and your family. Sending prayers.

Oh honey, this is a bad situation. Pop along to see your doctor and have a chat with them, you do need some professional help here. Bless your heart, I wish you well xx

I get a lot of motivation from watching extreme weight loss with Chris and Heidi Powell (it's called "obese, a year to save my life" here in the UK). Just watching the work the people on the show is really inspiring. I also find it shows me how easy it is to fall back into old ways. It's weird, but true!

Massage. Specifically legs and feet. I'm achy!

Oat milk. The Oatly brand is awesome and it's neutral enough not to destroy a cup of tea. Oatly cream is great for cooking too.

Bananas will do just as well. You see pro tennis players eat them all the time on court

50 grams?! Wtf? Is it just solid sugar?!!

I do T25 five days a week (double workout on Fridays) and do a walk every lunch break (I try for at least 30 mins. Rest on Saturday, but will probably be quite active from house and garden chores. Stretch on Sunday. It's not loads but it works for me. I end up burning somewhere between 300-500 kcals on weekdays. Weekends…

Apparently so... http://www.npr.org/sections/thesalt/2017/04/04/522190305/broth-loving-hipsters-are-pushing-up-the-price-of-bones

Yeah, OP talked about the bone broth "craze". I'd say trend is a fair synonym.

Bad, eat your 1900 and then at least half your exercise.

I'd log it as KFC

Just get some frozen fish fillets, they cook fast. Chuck it on some bagged salad, add a bit of frozen rice or some couscous. Dinner done, low cal, no additives!

I'm not a vegan but I don't eat meat and no, it's a pretty disgusting idea to me. There are loads of other ways I can nourish my body without resorting to this trend.
