How many ml in 75g of Halo Top?
I weighed my halo top - 75g. I ate my halo top - yum. I went to log my halo top - what?! The calories are per ml. Anyone know how many ml there are in 75g of halo top? I could weigh it into a jug and microwave it, but it seems a bit extreme!

Boyfriend on maintenance - help!
My boyfriend has reached his goal weight, and is now on maintenance. But we're struggling to find clean(ish) high calorie foods to get him up to his target calories (2120) each day. Has anyone got any suggestions please? He can't eat peanut butter and hates cold pasta and bananas before anyone goes down that road!

Weight loss for short people, advice please
Hi, i need some advice from seasoned mfp people please. I am 5 foot 2 inches and want to lose 2 lbs a week but on 1200 cals mfp says i will lose only 1.1 lbs per week. Is it safe to regularly go below 1200 cals if you are a shortie?
