I just bought the Suunto M2 and it seems to be working great. At different retail stores they had recommended Suunto over the Polar, claiming that Polar is not very accurate. . . depends who you ask I guess.

I bring a water bottle and a fabric collapsable water dish (can buy them at most pet stores). My dog wastes too much water when I try to get him to drink from my hands!

Its not about "Correct weight" per say. Just stay consistant so that you can see the trend over time. So I weigh myself first thing in the morning after I have gone to the washroom with no clothes on (as your clothes can change your weight depending on what you are wearing). I have definitely noticed that in my friends diaries too but hesistate to say anything. I am so hungry I always make sure I maximize my daily limit and eat most of them back, so I don't know how so many people can live off of say 900 calories in a day! Thanks for pointing it out
