Other stats: Carbs 16, Fat 1, Protein 3, Fiber 3, Sugar 1 Also, when I went to get these stats, I saw that I was actually off by 5 calories, only 81 calories per serving! It just keeps getting better!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one with this issue! I try to alleviate numb toes by placing my weight on the balls of my feet and wiggling my toes in my shoes. That seems to help at least a little bit.

I used 3/4 cup water and mixed it with the apples when I put them in the blender to puree them.

I just tried making these, and they are delicious! I also made a batch using cocoa powder instead of carob powder since cocoa powder is only 10 cal/serving compared to 20 cal/serving of carob powder. The cocoa powder ones were just as yummy!
