  • Tried something new tonight and it was actually really good. Black bean sauce( made with a can of black beans 1/2c salsa and 1 clove garlic) on brown rice with a little bit of mozza on top. threw it in the microwave and yummy! filling too!
  • I like a whole wheat piece of toast with no sugar added jam and an egg. yummy and fills me up

  • crock pots are great! Then you can prep it the night before, put it in the fridge, and plug it in right before you leave in the morning and it's ready and waiting for you when you get home.   • I find taking extra calcium around that time helps too.... calcium helps ward off muscle fatigue and cramps. It also helps with leg cramps at night (which I get at that time if I don't take extra calcium)

  • I am a stay at home mom..... I find if I keep myself busy it helps me to keep the snacking under control. My little one naps every afternoon and I make myself workout while shes napping.... that's my "me" time..... what better way to spend a little "me" time then by making myself healthy and feel better about myself!
  • I found once I got past that 15-20 min mark it got WAY easier..... now I can add an extra 5 or 10 min without really feeling like it's hard. Just gotta find your pace. Watching TV (if on the treadmill of course) helps too cuz then you're only half paying attention to the clock..... it goes by faster!

  • ARRG! People do this near my house and guess what?? There is a BIKE trail AND a SIDEWALK...... and I have to go around them riding there bike with traffic on the road right beside the BIKE TRAIL!!! It's there for a reason! What? do you ride too fast for the bike trail?
  • I find it is easier to just say no..... sugar free chewing gum helps! Sometimes you just eat something cuz you want the taste and you arent actually hungry..... thats when a yummy flavored piece of gum helps

  • My bro works at starbucks and he told me a secret.... if you order and Americano Misto with a flavor shot it tastes the same as a flavored latte but it's cheaper by almost a dollar! ( I am pretty sure it's the same as your Cafe Misto)
