  • I have heard on Dr. Oz a while ago that the majority of people, even though not "diabetic" have some degree of insulin deficiency so when you eat sugars your body does not know how to process them properly and automatically turns them into stored fat rather then burning them off. Lots of people would start to lose weight…

  • My hubby likes "slim" lol he won't let me use the word "skinny" He says "slim" is healthy but with a trim and toned body..... "skinny" is the "weighing nothing but it's all skin and bones not toned at all." Each person is so different though...... so many different builds. I think it's funny how you can go to a pool or…
  • I usually cheat on the weekends cuz I am always out and about. I still try and get my workouts in if possible but I don't always log everything. I am finding though that the whole point of logging (for me anyways) is that it is making me more aware of what the "good choices" are and what the "bad choices" are. That way…

Then when my month was over I had a piece of cake and it actually seemed sickly sweet to me and I felt gross after I ate it. I think once you give your body a break from the junk then you actually…
  • I found that even when I was working out everyday while I was breastfeeding I couldn't lose those last 5lbs of baby weight. as soon as I stopped breastfeeding I started to lose. It's like your body is in "protect baby" mode and will hold onto the extra for baby's sake
