That is so great! When I first started to run I couldn't even complete one mile. Keep it up you will get faster as time goes on.

I really think you should find yourself a good massage therapist, if your going to continue running. It's not a bad idea to try and see one even if the pain hasn't gone away, a good massage helps alot.

I did the same thing yesterday, didn't count my calories or workout. I know I went way overboard. I almost didn't workout this morning either, But I pushed myself out of bed and went to the gym. So don't give up we all have our set backs. Just keep on going and don't look back. GOOD LUCK..

Had coffee and toast with peanut butter for breakfast. Hydrate at every water station even if your not thirsty. I also used GU gels every hour. Good luck.

Keep trying you will soon be able to pass the goodies up, just don't give up. We all have our off days.

I'm finishing up my eighth week, I've lost 15 pounds and gaining muscle. I've done it before and had success, but gained my weight back, because I gave up and went back to my old eating habits. This time I hope to continue the program even after the 12 weeks. Just thinking of what I'm going to eat on my day off keeps me on…

I don't know what you are doing for exercise, but you should really incorporate strength training in your workouts, it will help you burn more calories.

Set backs happen all the time, to all of us. Just keep trying and you will succeed.

My average is about 2 pounds a week for the past 5 weeks maybe a little more. I workout about 1 hour 6 times a week cardio 3 days weights 3 days. I eat every 2 to 3 hours. So maybe your working out to much or not eating enough. But a pound a week is still good. Keep it up everyone is different.

Yes it helps alot. I always plan for the next day, I plan my meals and workouts. I find I stick to it if I write it down.
