50 to loose!! I used to have abs for crating out loud! Lol you have to make a decision and invest in your well being... get through the first week, than the first 15 days and then set your sights in the first month! After that you are well on your way. Do this for you!! You deserve to feel good!

No, I just find that is the thing that works the best for me, specially when I feel like going off the rails, an omelet or a piece of meat does the trick. I am not big into sweets so it’s an advantage, but of course the moment you think you can’t eat something you start wanting it lol! That’s why I am trying to base it on…
