Back to the GYM! I don't eat bad, just too much of the good

I've been out for four years! divorce, work, (replace with your standard excuse) and overall life style have really rendered me out of shape (have to lose like 50lbs). I don't have a problem with eating healthy, I have to thank mom for that as she was always very strict with our nutritional habits and even during my teen years I could always eat a good plate of grilled chicken and veggies. The problem for me becomes eating too much of the good stuff which usually stems from not eating my 5 meals a day. I've been at it for a month and have already dropped 15LBS. I don't envy those who have never really exercised because thanks to an entire life of working out it is easier for me to fall back to the swing of things so much respect to all of you new people. Remember, It is a journey, so stay on the path. You are better than this!
