I am 28 and I have PCO...but they could not find the hormone problems to officially say PCOS so it also says "unexplained infertility" on my chart. I have the cysts and I wasn't able to get pregnant after 14 months of TTC with using ovulation strips and no success. I do not have weight problems so far though.

When I worked out my abs or was young (teens and early 20's) I remember seeing them from 117-125. I am 116 now and do not see them. I am 5'6. If I were 116 and 18 years old, I would be seeing them. At 28, not so much.

If you work full time see if your employer as Employment Assistance Programs. It is all about finding the RIGHT counselor. The wrong one can make things worse. I have been there. Yes. I became underweight when depressed by eating nothing more than 3 Krispy Kreme donuts a day and water. It was about 900-1,000 calories a day. I would not advise doing that.

Haha. 190 on an average height woman is a tad different than 190 on an average height man! But glad I was close. Go me! I think I look heavier than 116. I thought I was 120ish. I might be after the way I ate this week.

I did choose the second to smallest size. The "small" was very small.

I think next time I will take it home and measure it. I had some numbers at the bottom. The only one that could mean anything is 16/16 suggesting maybe it is a 16 oz cup. But I am thinking it might actually be 12 after all.

Thank you. I think it must be 16 oz. It just doesn't seem big enough to be 20 oz. It is only 5 inches tall.

I know its coming soon because I end up eating a ton of chocolate. I know it sounds cliche and like I am using that time as an excuse. But I tend to lose track of time, eat half a bag of chocolate chips and wonder what is going on and then realize later is correlated with TOM.

He may have found happiness so that is nice for him. I am legally separated and going through a divorce. There was a lot of betrayal in my marriage but there is no point in being bitter. I am a huge oatmeal fan but I only eat maybe 120-150 worth for breakfast. So to me that seems like a lot of calories but it really doesn't matter when you eat what amount as long as you stay within your limit for the day. Kind eyes and a bit awkward can be endearing. I tend to like guys with semi imperfect teeth, like who had decent natural teeth but did not get braces. I am really not sure as I do not seem to have a type, except I am not overly fond of long hair or facial hair on a man.
