Whatever you do don't get the chili. The meat in there is the old, burned, unused, hamburger meat from the day before. The meat is usually put in a pan next to the grill and stays in there all day which means the oldest meat is being held out of the safe zone as long as 12+ hours.

vrg.org/nutrition is a good site as well. Too many people go veg*n without research and end up not getting the proper nutrition that they need. Do some research and change the way you are eating. It can be done. I have been vegan for 20+ years.

I try to find recipes online and find one or two that look pretty close and use that. When you enter the recipe over estimate. Better to be entering in more calories than less.
