I would suggest cutting the wheat out of your diet for 2 weeks, and see if that helps. I mean NO WHEAT, or gluten of any kind. My wife and I have been doing the low-carb way of eating for just over a year, and it has worked for us...plus, we don't have to kill ourselves at the gym to lose the weight. I have lost 75 lbs,…
