Hey guys, can I just check, i'm currently on the 2nd week of 30DS, after 2 day weekend break. i was told that it's supposed to be done for 5 days, then 2 day break and carry on. Is that correct? I also had some trouble with my ankle and calfs and think perhaps i should have had a longer break?

Do you think that T25 is hard on the joints? I'm thinking of doing it too, but was a little worried that my knees wouldn't be able to keep up!

Mate, no matter how good people look there are just some idiots that will say stupid things for the sake of it. I wouldn't take it personally, not sure cowards yelling from a van are worth any tears at all! Just keep your head up and keep on track!
