I've done ChaLean Extreme and gained muscle but I didn't lose any weight because of muscle gain. Next round, I'm planning on going light and see if that will work for me.

Go the the Beacbody UK website. There are lots of pirated BB DVDs out there so be careful.

Just realised its not on there. The USA site will ship internationally though if you ring them. Remember you will pay import costs when its delivered.

I'd check if that site listed above is genuine.

Thank god I read these posts, I went to purchase this on that site and they sent me a link to PayPal for the payment.. I didn't pay as I thought it seemed a bit strange and was going to give BB a ring today..

Correct. Remember you will have to pay VAT and import tax when it arrives though.
