lol i am also trying to get build up but i know a couple dudes that are huge and they walk like they carrying the weights lol

yea i will but its not that big without flexing they look normal:(

i want to get a big bigger and tone it up eliminate some fat because when i flex it looks like that but when i am not it looks like regular arms

well seeing all the comments here from the ladies i guess its not such a bald thing after all lol i never been bald so i will try and see what happens and how it looks if i dont it can grow back

i need some help i was told if i do intense cardio on treadmill i would be burning more muscle then fat i do 7.0-7.5 speed i do one full minute and then rest on the side for 30 seconds and keep doing this for about 20-30 minutes or until i reach 2 miles

wow 94 sit ups in 2 minutes i cant do more then 40 i can do 70 push ups in 2 minutes and run 2 miles under 13 minutes
