i ask this because i have huge calves taught it was because of my weight when i started loosing weight i was 310 pounds and my calves where 18 inches now i am 252 and they are 20.5 so let me know your taughts hot mamas lol

(pic below) i have normal size triceps but i know i still have some fat there so my question do keep lifting heavy like i do or do i go lower weight and higher reps to tone it up will that eliminate the fat?
ok so on monday i worked on chest,shoulders and biceps/triceps with no cardio yesterday i did back and legs i ran in the morning for 30 minutes doing interval 1 minute intense and 2 minute walk so today what should i do? little sore in my upper back and triceps and thats it

so when i drink a lot of water like a gallon i go urinate like 5-10 times today i didn't come close to that and i been going all day i am not diabetic i barely drank water today and its clear urine so any ideas what it could be?
the challenge is how much time does it take you to run 2 miles how many push ups you can do in 2 minutes how many sit ups you can do in 2 minutes whos up for it

ok so currently i am very close but far to joining the army my waist size is 43 and need it to 40 i want to know what abs workout and oblique will help me in this area i already lift weights and do cardio daily
basically like this if you have a heart monitor or watch that tracks calories or not 3 sets of 20 push ups,20 jumping jacks and 20 front lunges after each set check to see where your heart rate is at and how many calories you burned if you dont have the watch just google the workouts whos up for it
