I'm sorry that I have no advice to offer. It's just that the topic title drew me in. "Mad boobs...."

I'm trying to do that at the moment too, as far as I can work out the best exercises are pushups and dumbbell flys. This guys site is really good, with some great video explanations:

I did some research on the same thing and according to a couple successful bodybuilders... lift as heavy as you can, rest appropriately, and get plenty of protein. I have also seen a couple of the most popular bodybuilders say that the best chest exercise for size is decline bench press but mix it up throw some dumbell bench, upright bench, and inverted pushups in there
  • Hey man. I am having the same struggle. I am doing all kinds of crazy pushup workouts. I am seeing more tone in my upper chest, but unfortunately the moobs are still there. I will let you know if I make any progress on them with the push-up workout.

You can't just directly turn fat into muscle. You can do chest exercises to build muscle (which will probably involve one or more bulk phases where you're eating a lot of calories in addition to lifting heavy weights), but at some point, you have to lose the fat through the usual way, eating less calories than you burn.
