need some help with triceps the fatty part

i have normal size triceps
but i know i still have some fat there
so my question do keep lifting heavy like i do or do i go lower weight and higher reps to tone it up
will that eliminate the fat?

    There is no such thing as toning.

    You increase muscle size (within the limits of genetics or how much horse testosterone you decide to shoot into your *kitten*), and reduce your body fat %.

    Also ,targeted fat burn does not work either; your body is predisposed to store fat in certain places as a rule of gender and genetics. If you reduce your overall body fat %, that will give you what you want.

    Lower weight and higher reps will burn calories and increase your endurance, it will not build muscle tissue.

    Let's take bench presses for example.

    3x20 at 100lbs

    or

    3x5 at 220lbs


    Which do you think will do more for you?

    keep lifting weight and reduce all over body fat percentage.
