so this is me at 250 pounds i was 310 pounds i need about 20 more pounds but the last ones seem to me to be the hardest what cardio would help intense or not i go to xsport fitness so its a big gym
i my so called man boobs or chest has gone done with the weight loss go figure right lol i have little left but don't wanna lose the fat but i wanna make it in to muscle what can i do

so i am kinda big guy i am 251 pounds and stand at 6 feet even and have a big upper body or normal but i can bench maybe 70-90 at best so i am asking tips on getting better and stronger do i keep going low weights until the body gets use to it? what to do
