My favorite new snack...Luna Mini nutrition bars. Only 80 calories makes a great snack. Also Coaches Oats with fruit for breakfast and anything grilled for dinner. I love veggie skewers broiled with a little fat free italian dressing makes a delicious side dish.

Subway for breakfast is the best choice I've found...the egg white on wheat english muffin no cheese with tomatoes, onions, and jalapeno is the best!

The italian section of most grocery stores will have the hard crunchy breadsticks. Kroger/Ralphs has a great section.

Mon, Wed Fri 60 minutes strength training and 3 miles at 5mph Tues - Step or kick boxing (a whopping 600 calories usually) Thurs - Spin class (easy to get to 600 calories) This usually gets me to right around 3500 for the week

I know how you feel. My job used to mean walking customers around our facility and now it's mostly phone calls and emails. Yuk!
