5'11" here! Highest weight was 232, now at 211. Initial goal weight of 175 and then I'll reassess. Last time I was there I was happy with how I looked, but might try to get down to 165 if I can... The bummer is even with a big weight loss I only go down like two sizes!

Jams and jellies are great as any of the following: accompaniment to cheese, as a glaze for meats, fish, or veggies (sometimes I add herbs, salt and pepper, and a little sriracha to make it more savory), mixed with plain yogurt, mixed in with oatmeal, with peanut or other nut butters, on english muffins, as a mix-in for…

Here you go! http://www.skinnytaste.com/korean-beef-rice-bowls/ It was super easy and quick (although I did cook up some jasmine rice instead of the brown rice in the recipe so it took about 30 minutes total). Today I had some of the leftover meat mixture over a salad.

I've tried it a few times to help manage my autoimmune disease as well as my GERD, and to cut my reliance on medications (cutting out medications was specific to GERD, because I had been on Nexium for a dangerously long time...I wouldn't necessarily avoid medications for autoimmune diseases based on what you have without…

I like it too! I have a really hard time keeping a consistent pace when running outside (I know there are ways to work on that, but I haven't really committed to it yet) so the treadmill helps me with that. I also find it's one of the only times I get to watch Netflix or other shows, so it helps makes the time pass faster.

As others have said, keep on eye on your hunger and your weight to see if you notice a change before you make any decisions (not everyone has the same side effects). When I was on Lexapro (I have varied between 10-15mg) I did not notice any huge increases in hunger or weight gain, and was successful losing weight while on…

I've been riding since I was about 7! I was mainly a hunter-jumper until halfway through college when a broken collarbone made me rethink it. I am currently a volunteer coach for a college polo team, and am gearing up for the summer polo season myself!

I had a DVT after an ankle injury when I was only 27. Spent one night writhing in pain so badly that I knew something wasn't right, beyond the torn ligaments I had! My dad and my aunt both almost died from clots (both have different genetic factors, so will be on blood thinners the rest of their lives). My sister and I…
