This is Called Plateau: To “break” out of a plateau, one has to shock the body by doing things it is not accustomed to doing. If you are a runner who typically does 5km every few days, break the plateau by doing the 5km using intervals or increase your speed or distance. Or try a cardiovascular activity you’ve never done…

Of course its safe, but also try and sprint for 2 minutes and walk for 1 minute.

Dont give up, find a exercise that you find fun and do ir at least 3 times per week, Swimming, dancing, walking, cycling, etccc dont give up girl :-)

When you find where you can by one will you let me know? My girlfriend is always preaching that the slower it comes off the more likely i am to keep it off so hopefully!
