OMG. You look like a teenager now. Great job.

Cut the weight of this ex. Ask yourself, what is it you want from him. Is it to begin another relationship? Why did you accept his invite for your birthday? It seems to me, especially with him not acknowledging you, he's keeping you around for his entertainment, your feelings be damned. You deserve more than that. Chuck…

What they said. Make sure it's the same time and same clothing (or not) however I would only weigh once a week. Also drink plenty of water and weigh your food.

Home exerciser here. I alternate between the following DVDs: Jillian Michaels 30DS & Ripped in 30, Insanity, 5 Jari Love dvds & The Firm. I also run outside 3 times per week since it's so nice outside. I've belonged to a gym and done crossfit. I will admit I like working out home best because I like saving time and I know…

It adjusts my macros when I input exercise calories. Try updating your profile.

Samantha, thank you for sharing your story and forewarning others who want to lose quickly. I hope you overcome this disorder. Lean on your family, God and whatever other support system you have.

I'd love to join you. Tried to do it this morning, but because I had pratically no water or food yesterday I didn't make it through the warmup. Because it's only 30 mins I will make myself do it after work. Hope to see and feel some good results.

Your story is amazing and encouraging. All I kept thinking about while reading is Romans 8:28...All things works together for good. May God continue to bless and keep you.

I do protein and carbs (fruit mainly). By go to is usually almonds or walnuts and apple or strawberries or grapes.

Want to lose about 15-20 before trying to get pregnant. Don't want weight in addition to age (will be 38) to hinder me from conceiving my first. Pray for me. TIA.

1. Run 3 times per week 2. Log all food in my fitbook 3. Respond to the community boards daily.

First of all, you've done an EXCELLENT job. Going from a size 20 to 8 is no small feat. In the beginning your goal was to lose weight and you've done that. My advice would be to take the rest of this week and determine what your goals are. Do you want to lose more weight, gain muscle, do a strict pull-up, do a handstand,…

Google crossfit or spartan wods. I tailor them to the gym equipment I have available. Best of all they're free. I get bored with the gym easily b/c I don't know how or have the time to come up with a workout plan so I end up running on the treadmill. But doing these workouts keeps me interested and I feel a sense of…

Definitely needed this quote today as I've been away for over a month. I was saying I've gained a lot of weight but this quote put my self-loathing into perspective.

What a job well done. Loved how you celebrated your success with the low-key fist in the air.

A great way to restart your journey. In addition focus on one nutrition related thing to accomplish the next two weeks. Something small like 6 glasses of water.
-
Great feeling for sure. However, I am amazed you held on to a pair of jeans for 20 years. Wow!!!
-
Congratulations!!!! These are the best victories in my opinion. It's something about having you expectations dashed (in this case, not expecting clothing to fit) that is so satisfying. Can you exchange it for a smaller size since you keep losing? Keep up the great work.

I really needed to read this. It's the mental that I'm having the most trouble with. I keep starting and restarting and restarting. I want to become dedicated and disciplined but don't know how to stay the course. Please share how you made the decision to stick to your dedication. Thx.

Love the realness of the post. Great advice.

Congratulations on your progress so far. Loving the fact you're doing exercise that many wouldn't consider a norm. Heck, I'm sure that wheelbarrow is much harder than lifting dumbbells.
-
I'm 5'4" as well, weighing in at 172.2. My goal is to get to 145 by my 38th bday next year. Thanks for reminding me this is a journey that won't be over in 2 months (the quick fix is where I've faltered in the past).

Congratulations and great job on your first marathon.
-
Wow. You look more mature, happy, and confident all the way around. While the scale is a great indicator, your stature and demeanor are even better. Great job.
-
You both look great. Your face looks so slim. You are definitely on the right track. Can't wait to see the full body transformation.
-
These victories are better than seeing the number drop on the scale in my opinion. Great job.
-
You look great. Keep doing what you're doing cuz it's obviously working.

Right there with the two of you. I just posted this on my timeline. Glad to see I'm not alone. I three have an office job and lately I've been working longer hours so working out when I come home is the last thing on my mind. I decided all week that I'm going to return to working out first thing in the morning before work…
