You look great. It really is that simple, log everything everyday. Congrats!!

Definitely eat more than 1100 calories. Spartan WOD also offers some nice workouts for free. You can tailor them to your fitness needs.

For me the strength training followed by a 30 min run. But the most change in my body came from when I started to eat better. For me that was ditching a lot of the processed carbs and sugar.

Great job lady. Though you look fabulous in your pics, I love the fact that you remained consistent for the 90 days and aren't obsessed with numbers, etc. Keep up the good work and consistency, and you will most definitely reach your goals.

I suggest you go to a meeting and sit in for free to determine if it is something that would fit your liking.

Losing 5% of my starting weight, which is about 9 pounds. Also to where a WHBM dress without feeling like a stuffed turkey. I have given myself a deadline of 3.31.16 for this goal since I started on 1.1.16

Definitely take measurements of them once a month so you can see how they're shrinking. Totally agree with previous posters, you can't spot reduce and just keep tracking calories and working out.

Coconut milk. Can't do dairy because it gives me awful sinus congestion.

Just started back last month. Crossfit is the only program that I have stuck with and have seen great results. I tried to trick myself into joining a regular gym (more cost effective) and DVD's at home (Insanity & BodyShred). I didn't stick with either of them because I got bored very quickly. I love the sense of personal…

Same here. Had a sore throat out of nowhere last nite. I drank a hot toddy with 2 shots of moonshine (didn't have any whiskey) and went to bed. Woke up around 2 this morning in a pool of sweat. Dried off, laid back down and woke up with no sore throat this morning, and still don't have one. Plan to do a light run after…

Don't focus on the fact that you're heavier than you were before. Try not to focus on the number of pounds you want to lose. Commit to 2 daily habits you'll accomplish for the week and stick to those (ie no sugary drinks and 2 desserts for the week). Attach a reward to it such as a new bottle of fingernail polish or…

I've shifted to focusing on my macros as opposed to calories. I noticed that I was eating a lot of junk food just because it fit into my calorie deficit.

Congratulations. My absolute favorite place to shop...my closet.
-
Congratulations on your victory and thanks for the reminder. I am SO SO SO ready to begin shopping in my closet again. There are probably 3 pants I can fit in but they are super tight.

Remember the scale is just a number. It's evident that you are loosing weight. I haven't lost any weight in two weeks, however I can tell a change in the way my clothes fit and my energy levels. I know it's easier said that done, but sometimes you have to look at other ways to gauge your success. So in answer to your…

Definitely have more success on the low carb. I am limiting my intake of carbs as well. I haven't lost anything on the scale yet, but I do feel better.
-
That's a great job. Definitely keep up the good work.

Definitely the genetics. I gain and keep weight around my middle and am built like my grandmothers. But more importantly, I tell myself I work out and run so I can eat whatever I want. Such a BIG BIG BIG LIE!!!!!! I've learned that exercise is at most 15% of the equation for me at least.

Cosigning the 20 minutes suggestion. It definitely works for me.

Try to focus on the process and not so much the weight. Try to get all your water in, are you getting enough fiber, find an exercise you like to do that may not require going to gym. If you are bored or angry or any other reason that you may be emotionally eating, unless your stomach is rumbling or you feel like in your…

1. Do 25 pushups on my toes 2. Hold a 90 second plank 3. Run a 5k with no walk breaks

Water with fresh squeezed lime.

All of the previous posts. Plus I like to go shopping in my closet for those items I swore I would wear again one day. Remember why you started this journey. It's so easy to loose motivation then start to reincorporate those habits that got you to the undesired weight as a result. The fact of the matter is you can either…

Early morning exerciser here. When I wait after work, I always talk myself out of it.

Just got JM Bodyshred and absolutely love it. She can be a handful at times but I just tune her out.

still using my firms as well. I've tried all the others like insanity, jillian michaels, etc but the firm is the end all be all because I know it works. There is also a firm facebook page called transfirm your body that posts monthly rotations and gives awesome support.

My scale is on the fritz and I can tell the difference. Heading to target in a few. Great job on the loss.
-
Hell yeah. That's a GREAT sign.

I think we all at some point get bored with "being good". My best advice is to change your mindset. It's not about "being good", its about anchoring to the motivation that got you started in the first place. For me that was looking in my closet at all the beautiful things and not being able to wear them; walking up my…

Vega One any flavor. I love the fact it's plant based.
