My kids are not spoiled enough, this week I am going to buy my oldest his first car, my eight year old an iphone and my 2yr old a laptop. I just love spoiling my kids.

i too have mild scoliosis in my upper mid spine, diagnosed 17 yrs ago. I play sports, run, workout. My back only hurts when I sit too long. Talk to your doctor and depending on your condition listen to ypr body and do what you are able to do, work up from there as your body gets stronger

My scale does not move! It makes me feel crappy. I am losing inches not pounds which is suppose to be good. I jyst wish I could see the scale move. Im a size 12 from a 16 but weigh 185. My goal weight is 135 and been at it going on 4 mths starting at 198. I hate the scale!

Love the idea. My biggest was a size 16 after my third son 2 yrs ago. I knew I did not want to be at a 16 for a long time so I only bougt two pairs of jeans the rest of my closet is a size 12. Slowly but surely I am getting in to my 12s. Love It. Can not wait till I can say farewell to my 12s.

I will eat one king size hershey almond bar and a glass of soda with it, and savor it. After that I get on the bike and shred it off. Knowing that I just ate a 1000 calories prevents me from doing it the other 4-7 days.
