Unfortunately it will still have to be removed .......weather you watch what you eat or don't .you can only prolong it for so long. True avoid greasy oily food . Even Avecado & peanuts ect but if your attacks are closer together be careful cause it can get infected. I had my gallbladder out 1 month after my son was born.…

Well I started walking then every other light pole I would TRY to run/ jog (I'm sure it's someone's fast pace walk ) lol then I would try to catch my breath ..... Then run again .... It's stepping way out cause ..... It's embarrassing at my age/size I can't run for very long but I'm TRYING

Not gonna lie .....pretty much lazy and bad food..... O & soda add that by 2X pregnancy .... Not caring what ineat equals me ... But that's all changing

Everyone is different. some people go back to normal other dont like me. i got to watch what i eat. if no i'll be paying for it later. low fat diet. try to keep away from process food its harder to break down. but ask your dr. im sad cause i cant eat avocado...... it gets to me :(
